Asin, after herself as a star in South Indian film industry is again seeking the execution in Bollywood with Ghajini is a step in the right direction.
Thottumkal Asin was born on 26th October 1979 in Kochi, Kerala born Syrian Christian family. Her father Josef Tottumkal an entrepreneur who is now her manager. Her mother is Thottumkal Seline, a surgeon by profession.
Asin teaches at the Naval Public School and Higher Secondary School St. Theresa's. She completed her education with a degree in English Literature at St. Teresa's College.
She assisted her father in his business, which was different enough from software exports. She modeled and appeared in advertisements for Colgate toothpaste and Fair Ever cream.
